63CS
Designed by judel/vrolijk & co for hassle-free high performance in the lightest to heaviest of weathers, the Contest 63CS is the most elegant and practical new ‘super’ yacht, offering exceptional choice in cabin arrangements to suit individual preferences in accommodation onboard. There’s choice in the rig and sailplan, too, and although 19 metres long she’s properly optimised for self-sailing.
SPACE IS NO ILLUSION New to the range for 2024, the 19-metre Contest 63CS is a truly beautiful addition and set to become the must-have at this length. It’s not just the head-turning hull lines and styling when seen sailing into the bay, it’s what lies below decks. This is the only yacht in sector with space arranged to enable two identical twinned double guest suites forward of the saloon. Everyone’s a VIP on the Contest 63CS. And going further there’s the choice of three- or four- cabin plan plus a further option of crew cabin also. The key, though, to this mid-60s footer is that the call for extra crew is no way essential. This is all about smart sailing made simple. Family and friends in control, working the yacht, enjoying the entirety of the sailing and the huge space both above and below
deck in this newly configured hull shape opened by the advanced composite engineering of both judel/vrolijk and Contest. Into that add the superyacht skills of interior designer Wetzels Brown Partners. LIFE ABOARD MADE SPECIAL To further match individual sailing style and intentions, there is then the prime choice of carbon or aluminium spars with, up front, Code 0 or Helix furling incorporated within the integral bowsprit, removable inner forestay and, depending on spec, twin underdeck-furling headsails. And also in-mast or in-boom reefing for the mainsail. All of which one would be right to call: smart thinking!
